Provided Due Process for Mediation, Ethics and Arbitration complaints, processing all cases and maintaining office files, drafting settlement agreements and Ethics violations. I was also the Staff Liaison to five committees that met monthly including Professional Standards, Risk Reduction, Realtor/Attorney, Mediation and Grievance. Trained Professional Standards and Grievance members annually and attended all Mediation training provided to the Meditation Committee Members from 1995 – 1998. In addition, a key responsibility was maintaining constant communication with attorneys, brokers, agents, committee members and the general public to ensure all cases were being processed accordingly.
